Production Lines of Workshop
Our workshop covers 2,000 sqm with 6 production lines, over 100 machines including flatbed, overlock, and bartack units, and a team of 120 staff. We specialise in mid-to-high-end garments like down jackets, coats, and women's outerwear, with a daily output of around 1,200 pieces. OEM/ODM supported with strict quality control.

Warehouse
Our warehouse covers approximately 1,500 sqm, divided into raw materials, finished goods, and shipping zones. Equipped with standard shelving and forklift systems for efficient storage and logistics. Inventory is managed through an ERP system for multi-SKU and batch management.

Cutting Room
Our cutting room covers around 300 sqm, equipped with auto spreading machines, electric cutters, and round knives. We use CAD systems for pattern making and marker planning. With 12 experienced cutting workers, the room supports a daily output of fabric pieces for 1,000 garments.
